NO PETS! NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES!
We are so happy to have you in our home! Thank you for refraining from smoking anywhere on the property and absolutely no pets or parties on the premises.
House Rules
Please do not lower the temperature of the air conditioning below 70 degrees, and do not raise the temperature above 78 degrees.
Please do not adjust the pool settings. The pump and heater are on a schedule to turn on and off automatically.
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Please leave the oven, stove and grill as clean as when you arrived.
Bring the garbage and recycle bins to the side of the road Monday night for the Tuesday morning pick up.
Please be mindful of the neighbors.
Please keep general noise and music at low volumes.

Before Departure
Ensure all doors and windows are locked! Lock the front, rear, garage and patio door.
Leave the sand at the beach! Rinse or brush sand off beach items on the lawn.
Wash and dry all used towels. The housekeepers will fold them.
Leave used linens unmade on the beds. The housekeepers will wash them.
Load and run the dishwasher. The housekeepers will unload the dishwasher.
Throw out all unused food from the refrigerator.
Clean the grill, the oil pan and place down new foil. Turn the valve to the propane off.
Please do a general pick up of the property. Beverage cans/bottles, food items, etc.
Leave the garage door remote on the kitchen counter. There is a $100 charge for lost remotes.
This is a home, not a hotel, so we thank you for your understanding.
Failure to comply with the House Rules will result in a post stay charge.
