Pool Information
USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
Pool Rules
- DO NOT touch or change the setting on the pool controller.
- The pump and heater are on a schedule to turn on and off automatically. The pump and the heater will run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the heat has been set to 85 degrees.
- No running or diving.
- No boisterous or rough play.
- No peeing in the pool. There is a bathroom that can be accessed from the pool area.
- Please keep general noise levels down.
- No glassware of any kind in the pool or on the pool deck.
- Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult.
- Enjoy the pool toys that we have available but please put them away when you are done with them.
- The pool service tech will be out on Tuesday to clean and service the pool. They will not knock or notify you when they will be there. Please do not interfere with their ability to perform this service. The pool tech will put the pool in a service "timeout" mode. The pump and heater will automatically come back on shortly after they leave. Please note that service day is subject to change based on holidays and weather-related issues.
Pool Cover
- The pool cover is used seasonally during the winter months. If the pool cover is present on the pool deck we strongly recommend that you use it at night to help hold the heat in and to help keep our pool heating costs down.
- To roll up the pool cover simply turn the round handle on the pool cover spool unit it is completely off the water. DO NOT USE THE POOL WITH ANY PART OF THE POOL COVER TOUCHING THE WATER!
- To cover the pool in the evening grab the end of the cover and walk it down the side of the pool until it covers the water. This is best performed with two people, one on each side.
